Find yourself in a comfortable and cosy position.
Lay all parts of your body in a way that allows you to completely let go and drift off into the world of dreams.
This is the time to let things go, let all the to do's go and to simply let your whole being surrender into the space of the vast cosy darkness, darkness that is like home, a familiar space where you go every night, a space where you rejuvenate and become new again.

Please take a few deeper breaths and with each exhale let go of anything weighing you down in anyway, let go of any bodily heaviness and tension.
Breathe and become lighter with each breath you take.
With each exhale feel your body to almost float above the surface.
Now picture yourself standing barefoot on a soft and fluffy surface.
You are barefoot touching the softness and the sensations on your feet start to relax your whole body, the light and temperature that surrounds you are just perfect and all of this is making you feel very cosy, so cosy you could just lay right here and fall asleep comfortably...
Visualise, to your right, there is a very tall staircase made out of very soft and fluffy steps.
The steps are so so wide that you could easily just lie on one of them and there is plenty of room to comfortably fall asleep.
This staircase goes really high up, right up into the clouds..
And at the top of the staircase, there is a very comfortable and beautiful room, which has the most perfect lighting and temperature that suits your body...
Most importantly this room has the most comfortable bed imaginable.
It's a bed where all your tensions melt away, it's where you can experience the most vivid dreams; It's where the time stops and you can sleep for as long as you want; it's where you can have the most restful sleep and where you can wake up the most refreshed and new.
There are 111 steps that lead to this perfectly designed room for you...
And I want to invite to take a trip up the fluffy staircase to reach this room and to climb into the most comfortable bed...
And with each step you take, with each number we will count, give yourself the permission to let go and go deeper into a state of relaxation. The steps are quite large, it almost makes you feel like a small child and it takes some effort from your legs and body.
Begin to visualise pulling yourself up onto the first step.
And then also step 2, step 3, 4 and 5 As you begin to see yourself breathe and climb you start to feel slight heaviness in your thighs, onto the steps 6, 7, 8, 9, see yourself climb onto the step 10.
Notice a general heaviness tingling in your legs, your feet and your shoulders.
See yourself sitting down and taking a moment to relax your body and your mind.
Let your breath release all the tension; let your body sink and let it become soft.
Visualise yourself taking step 11, 12, 13, your body is getting heavier, and your energy is becoming less and less as you take steps 14, 15, 16 and 17, you start to notice tiredness coming over your hips and your core muscles, step 18, 19 and step 20. See yourself taking a brief pause on the soft step.
You can just slumber here for a moment and let your muscles relax; let your breath calm your whole body.
It feels so good for all your muscles to just let go throughout your whole body.
See yourself placing your foot onto the step number 21 ... 22 and then 23, slowly onto the number 24, 25, 26, your hands are starting to become heavier and heavier, but you step onto the step 27, breathe calmly, 28, 29 and you pause.
Watch the softness of the step beneath you; lift your now tired foot and step onto the step number 30 Feel your legs sink into the soft surface more, your neck muscles are becoming like jelly.
Relax the all the muscles in your face and let go of any clenching in the jaw.
See yourself take a seat here, or even lie in a comfortable position and take a snooze...
See use your feet and hands and climb up the step number 31, feel the tiredness come over your lower back as you take steps 32, 33 and 34...
Keep breathing calmly and take each step slowly, climbing up to reach the most comfortable bed you have every slept on and to have the most deepest sleep in a very long long time...
35, 36, 37 and 38, your legs now start to feel like it weighs a ton Pull yourself up onto the step number 40 Your back feels so tired and heavy now; all the muscles are tingling with sleepy sensations all across your back.
Your body is now producing all the required hormones for your brain to start drifting away into the sleep state...
If you still have it in you - place your foot onto the step number 41 With each step your body keeps slowing down more and more 42, 43, 44, you start to feel quite a strong desire to just stop and sleep right here on the step 45 With your sleepy eyes of your inner vision you look forward and make it onto the step 46, 47, 48 and 49 You reach out with your hands onto the step 50 and pull yourself up onto it with all the strength you have in this moment.
Let your arms, your palms and fingers to drop and relax completely.
You can choose to see yourself lie here on the soft and cosy step, make a pillow with your relaxed hands and fall asleep right here...
If you are still continuing up vision yourself stepping your foot onto the soft step number 51.
Without thinking anything, just focusing on numbers, see your tired body climb onto the steps 52, 53, 54 and 55.
Look above to your right and see a white dove, flying in slow motion, flapping its soft wings above you briefly and lifting up to the top, showing you the way to the Heaven of Dreams where you will be cradled into your deep sleep.
Follow the white dove and step onto the 56, 57, 58, 59 and step number 60 Take a moment right here to just lie on your back and breathe naturally and gently.
Notice the soothing and calming effect of the breath.
Let go of any gripping and relax your calve muscles...
Now step onto the 61 and 62.
Your tired leg muscles are craving to just relax and slow down even more.
63, 64, there is a tired but relaxing feeling in your chest as you breath in and out.
65, 66, 67 Sun has now set, stars have come out, glowing, shimmering in the dark sky.
68 69 70 Look up and enjoy the vastness and calmness of the Universe looking back at you.
You don't have to continue up, the fleece softness of the stairs are so comfortable, you could just see yourself lay here make a wish into the beautiful sky and enjoy your beautiful dreams.
Energetically glance at your heart space, notice how soft and calm the energy of your heart is.
With that same calmness step onto the fluffy step number 71, pull your next foot up 72 and the next 73 Feel your slow and calm pulse in your body as you take steps 74, 75 and 76.
Your body feels like giving in completely; your eyelids are now getting heavier and heavier.
Step onto 77, 78, 79 and 80 Pause for a moment and observe the drowsiness coming all over you.
You are feeling so tired So sleepy.
There is a vast silence and peace coming from the starry sky as you taking the step 81 You hear the silence; the silence comes into your body 82, 83, 84.
Your breath is traveling up and down your body delivering the most soothing and calming effect.
85, 86, 87. It feels like your knees are going to buckle 88, 89, your body is feeling so so heavy.
Stepping onto the step 90 It feels like there is a heavy weight around your ankles and forming a clear thought is becoming challenge.
With your hazy inner vision see yourself making it onto the step 91 Your movements are becoming so slow, almost like you are walking through something sticky like honey 92, 93, making your way onto 94.
It feels as if even your skin is becoming tired.
95, 96, 97. It feels like your body is weighing a few tons right now, even your toes are tired and heavy.
98, 99 and 100 Your heels are so tired and heavy now, tingling with sleepy sensations.
With your drowsy vision look up; you can now see the last step where there is the most perfect bedroom custom made for you with the most comfortable surroundings and the most comfortable bed with pillows and covers where your deepest yet sleep is awaiting.
Your desire to make it all the ay up to the bedroom moves you further onto the step 101, 102, 103, it feels as if you are not going to make it all the way to the top, there is virtually almost no energy left in your body.
104, your face has completely relaxed, 105, your jaw parts slightly, tongue dropping from the roof of your mouth, 106, your muscles in your belly are so relaxed, 107, your arms are super weighty, 108, your chest is nice and relaxed, 109, your breathing is deep and sleepy, 110 even the skin on your head is relaxing and letting go of any gripping.
Finally you are almost crawling onto the step 111 Dragging your tired body through the luxurious and soft rug and climbing into the amazing bed that feels like the Heaven of Dreams.
Feel the soft pillows on your relaxed face.

Here you can now escape everything; there is absolutely nothing else to be done, there is nowhere else you need to be let your pleasantly tired body to relax and slumber completely and let the night to take over.
